Permit for $15.3M build-out OK’d for Church of Eleven22

The Church of Eleven22 can move ahead with its Beach Boulevard campus expansion.
The city issued a tenant build-out permit Jan. 15 for the $19.4 million project at 14286 Beach Blvd., at southwest Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Road.
7UP Snapple plant sold for sale-leaseback

The American Bottling Co. sold the 7UP Snapple Southeast plant along Interstate 95 to a New York City investor for $9.4 million.
A spokeswoman said the deal is a sale-leaseback.
The property long was known as the Canada Dry Bottling Co. plant operated by Southeast-Atlantic Beverage Corp.
VanTrust Real Estate sells Town Center One and Two for $107 million

VanTrust Real Estate LLC sold the Town Center One and Town Center Two office buildings near St. Johns Town Center for $107.1 million.
TPG Real Estate of San Francisco bought the property in deeds executed Jan 7.
TPG Real Estate paid $42.61 million for Town Center One.
City condemns unfinished Berkman Plaza II high-rise Downtown

The vacant Berkman Plaza II high-rise Downtown on East Bay Street could be demolished now that the city condemned the riverfront property.
The city posted a notice Jan. 10 on the property notifying owner 500 East Bay LLC that the property at 500 E. Bay St. is in violation of the city’s ordinance code.
Wayfair hires 45 workers on the way to 250 at Cecil Commerce Center

Wayfair Inc. spokeswoman Susan Frechette said the online home-furnishings retailer expects to open its AllianceFlorida at Cecil Commerce Center fulfillment center in the next couple of months.
Frechette, associate director of corporate communications, said Wayfair has hired about 45 people and expects to employ 250 by the end of 2021.
